At HEIDI MERRICK, we pride ourselves in offering the highest quality of merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original condition with tags attached within 10 days. Please note merchandise returned after 10 days will not be accepted. All orders are processed within five business days, and shipped accordingly.
All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization number. Please email email@example.com to receive your RA number. Once an RA number is issued, you may request a printable return shipping label which will be delivered via email. Once we receive your package, you may exchange your purchase for merchandise or request a refund on your credit card for regular price items only. All items returned or exchanged that are in original condition, will be honored the full purchase price less the cost of shipping.
Once we have received your item, we will email you a notification and proceed with the exchange, you will receive online credit for your item less the cost of shipping.
Once we have received your item in original condition, we will refund your card within a 30-day business cycle of when we received the item, less the cost of shipping. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return has been approved and processed.
All sale items or purchases made with a discount voucher are exchange only, less shipping fee.
For your convenience we have included a pre-printed UPS Ground label for you to affix on your package. Please make sure you follow all UPS shipping guidelines, you can drop off the package at any UPS Ground location. A $15 fee will be deducted from the final refund or exchange.
