At HEIDI MERRICK, we pride ourselves in offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original condition with hang tags within 10 days less shipping costs. Please note, merchandise returned after 10 days will not be accepted.

All returns require a return authorization number. Please email sales@heidimerrick.com to receive your return authorization number. Once we receive your package, you may exchange your purchase for merchandise or request a refund on your credit card for regular price items only less shipping fee. We will promptly refund your credit card; some transactions take 7-10 business days to post to your account. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been processed. All sale items or purchases made with a discount voucher are exchange only, less shipping fee.  We suggest that you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice.
